An awareness on sanitation cum cleanliness drive was conducted Nav
Jyoti Kalyan Sangh (NJKS) Rumbuk west Sikkim, on 25th April 2010 at
near by picnic religious spot Gaytang Khola near Rumbuk. The Drive
was financially support by VHAS Gangtok. In the programme mostly
young generation participated with most enthusiasm as they were to
clean a pool and hot spring near by. The drive was headed by Mr.
Dhan Singh Subba President Rumbuk GPU, and member panchayat of
Moonew, CLC member Daramdin SDF Party Mr. Aita Raj Subba, farmer’s
Club chief Coordinator Mr. Som Bir Subba ,Head Limboo Teacher of
Sombarey SSS and Social Worker Mr. Gagan Subba Was Present assisted
by 24 strong member of the club.
